  • Once a consultation or service has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Policy

  • If a payment is made but the consultation or service is not delivered.
  • If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical issue.

Approved refunds will typically be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • If incorrect information was provided by the user during booking.
  • If the user fails to attend the scheduled session.
